Hi Beauties!

Please read the policies and rules below.

Policies:

• A deposit of 50% of your service total is required to reserve an appointment slot. The deposit will go towards your service.
• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice to be able to transfer your deposit, any time after 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you are going to be late to your appointment please contact me and let me know, otherwise a LATE FEE of $10 will be applied.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
• NO CALL/NO SHOWS will forfeit the deposit and will have to pay the selected service(s) in full!
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please contact me asap to decide whether all or part of your cancellation or deposit fee may be applied to a future service.

Rules:

• For any waxing services, your hair should at least be 1/4 inch (compare to a grain of rice). If you have shaved recently you would want to wait 4-6 weeks of hair growth for the best results.
• Please refrain from bringing extra guests.
